Meet Debbie Scotton our Head of Innovation, Growth and Partnerships, who started in February 2024.
Debbie specialises in apprenticeships, business development and learner and employer engagement. With 30 years working in the apprenticeship sector, Debbie is a Qualified Assessor and has experience managing national employer recruitment campaigns. She has also worked with levy and non-levy organisations.
In her spare time Debbie enjoys dog walking, attending concerts and the cinema, as well as meeting up with friends and family and travelling.
I enjoy the variety of my role. I write tenders for new funding opportunities, take responsibility for ‘on-boarding’ new projects by working closely with the curriculum and delivery teams. My role also enables me to develop close working relationships with employers and learners across a wide range of sectors and specialisms.
