Joanna is our Student Experience Manager and joined Moulton in August 2021. After working in the NHS for a number of years, Joanna became a Health and Social Care teacher and later moved her focus to the Personal Development of young people. Most recently, Joanna has been appointed as Executive Member at NAPCE (National Association of Pastoral Care in Education) to help continue to shape the future of Personal Development and Pastoral Care in Education.
As Student Experience Manager Joanna oversees our students personal development and experience whilst at college, ensuring students have a holistic approach to receiving the advice and guidance from various cross college support services such as the Careers team, Library team, as well as 121 support from their dedicated Personal Development Tutor.

This is the first time in a young persons life they have chosen their own subject to learn, it is a unique time for them and I am passionate they receive a good student experience whilst they study with us as well as developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours to be an outstanding citizen in the future."
