Meet Philip Wells our Head of Land-based and Equine, who started at Moulton in October 2024. Philip's specialisms include Equine, Animal Welfare and Behaviour, Coaching, Teaching and Learning in education.
Philip has 15 years' experience in Further Education, with qualifications in Equine and Animal Sciences, Behaviour and Welfare, British Horse Society Qualifications, Leadership and Management, Coaching and Mentoring and a PGCE. He has taught and designed curriculum's across all levels at FE and has previously worked in the Equine, Animal Management and the Land-based industries.
Philip likes to keep physically active, running ultra marathons and relaxing afterwards with a good book!
