Uniformed Public Services

Our Uniformed Public Services course aim to provide you with the perfect stepping stone to adjust to life in the public services, learning practical and theoretical skills to kick start your career.

For students passionate about testing themselves, helping others and giving back to the community, our Uniformed Public Services courses offer a platform to progress into all areas of the uniformed and non-uniformed public services including the police, fire service and the armed forces.

Our courses introduce you to a range of outdoor and adventure activities, improving your employability skills, and developing your understanding of crime and its effect on society and individuals.

With courses available at Level 2 and Level 3, you’ll have the opportunity to progress and expand your knowledge in the public service sector, including how to prepare for entrance tests and interviews, to prepare you for chosen career.

You’ll develop your practical skills including in teamwork and leadership, and gain an improved understanding of the relationship between public services and the law by taking part in college visits to the Houses of Parliament, Bletchley Park and Courts of Law.
