Curriculum Coordinator - Sport

We have an exciting opportunity for a Curriculum Coordinator in Sport to plan Sports courses, develop Curriculum and support and mentor staff alongside teaching.

The exceptional facilities offered at Moulton College fully embrace the growth in demand for sports courses. These superb facilities include a full size basketball court, four badminton courts and a volleyball court as well as a dance studio, sports science lab and fitness suite to allow a greater variety of practical subjects to be studied.

The Curriculum Coordinator will work with the Head of School to provide supervision and guidance the Sport Lecturing team. You will contribute to the development of new curriculum and support the achievement of high quality teaching and standards across the area alongside driving course development.

The successful candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:

  • Educated to degree level in a Sport related subject
  • Holds or is willing to work towards and achieve a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education) or equivalent
  • Experience working within a Sport environment
  • Experience working within the HE/FE sector
  • The ability to lead on developing, planning, delivery and evaluation of high quality, motivational and inclusive learning experiences
