Exams Administrator

We are looking for an Exams Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

Our Exams team have a fundamental to role to play in the smooth running of exams throughout the year, and are integral to successful outcomes for our students.

You will:

  • Provide a professional, courteous and knowledgeable service for the Exams function, supporting enquiries from staff and students.
  • Process student examination entries and inputting of data in to the Management Information System.
  • Administrate student concessions.
  • Assist with the organisation and record keeping of online and paper based examinations.
  • Plan and book Exam Invigilators.

The successful candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:

  • Minimum of grade C in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent).
  • Experience working in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection issues.
