Lecturer - Bakery

You will:

• Teach students attending full-time, part-time and short courses participating in curriculum development.
• Ensure the department meets the needs of changing industrial demand and College development.
• Participate in internal verification, auditing and other quality monitoring processes to ensure that all learners, customers and clients receive exemplary service and attention at all times.

The successful candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:

• Educated to BSc level or equivalent in Food Technology or related subject.
• Relevant and up-to-date knowledge on industry techniques.
• Ideally a qualified teacher, but the college can support applicants to gain a teaching qualification.
