Student Services Reception & Reprographics Administrator

We are looking for someone to join our student services team to support our reception and reprographics service. You will be required to provide a professional, courteous and knowledgeable front of house service for Student Services alongside supporting our reprographics function providing documentation and stationery across the College

You will be responsible for:

  • The provision of a professional, courteous and knowledgeable telephone and front of house enquiry service for the College including handling of student enquiries.
  • The provision an efficient and relevant post service.
  • The procurement and issuing of stationery items. To always strive for a cost-efficient service, only stocking items that are essential and offer good value for money. The security and accounting of stock is essential at all times.
  • The photocopying, finishing and distributing of documents and other material.
  • The administration of visitor check in processes and to ensure that the safeguarding policy is being upheld.
  • The provision of support to the Director of Student Services in the event of a “lock-down”
  • The provision of a first line customer service for the reprographics function including the taking of telephone calls and effectively dealing with customers of the function. Adhering to the published Service Level Agreement for the area and maintaining relevant and accurate user data for reporting and analysis.
  • The provision of support to the Student Services Coordinator with admission tasks as directed.

You will have:

  • Experience of working within a similar front of house or customer service environment
  • A minimum of grade C/4 or equivalent in GCSE English & Maths
  • Excellent IT skills with the ability to use the range of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A commitment to enhancing the student experience through service excellence
